Introduction
uPVC doors are cheaper than wooden or aluminium products of same design and function. However, uPVC products are mainly suitable for apartments and villas with medium-sized doors and partitions. For high-rise buildings of hi-tech and open space design such as office blocs, trade centres, aluminium glass curtain walls are preferred due to its lightness, weight resistance, toughness and delicacy looking.

Eurowindow’s aluminium doors and curtain walls are produced from high quality aluminium which overcomes the disadvantages of normal aluminum such as weak structure, simple fittings, poor soundproofing and thermal insulation, leakage in raining condition. The air tightness, synchronous hardware system with full functions of rotation opening, upturn rotation opening of aluminium doors and curtain walls meet the most demanding design requirements and diversified architectural types. However, aluminium is more thermal insulating than uPVC so aluminium doors and aluminium glass curtain walls are usually designed with polymer thermal break to reduce thermal transmission.

 Eurowindow is the strategic partner of leading aluminium glass curtain wall production companies such as Technal (France), XingFa (China) in technology transfer, materials provision and design and accessories providers such as Roto and Winkhaus (Germany). Eurowindow’s synchronous production lines for manufacturing of doors and curtain walls were imported from Folm Industries (Italy) and  SchuecoInternational (Germany).
Coating paint plays an important role in creating the aesthetic feature for aluminium products, therefore Eurowindow has put much investment in the automatic painting line. The modern, synchronous line imported from Wagner Company
 

BIDV Tower - 194 Trần Quang Khải, TP. Hà Nội

(Germany) applies the electrostatic coating technology which combines powder coating and water coating (PVDF). The line consists of pre-processing system, three layers water coating system (base, surface and gloss layers), powder coating room, drying system, transferring equipments and electric control system. Thanks to the totally automated wastewater treatment system imported from Singapore, the processed wastewater from Eurowindow’s factories passes “A-Grade” – Vietnam’s highest level in environment protection. The paint coating line helps to produce colorful, durable, anti-scratching, anti-worning out by normal chemicals products and especially facilitate the coating of large sized aluminium panels of 2.5m x 2.5m x 6m.      

Eurowindow’s mechanical processing line for the production of aluminium panels imported from Italy consists of hydraulic cutting machine, hydraulic bending machine and grooving machine. This processing line is used to produce aluminium composite panels and aluminium solid panels.

In its modernist glass production factory with a variety of products such as tempered, semi-tempered glass, large-sized glass boxes, safety and patterned glass, Eurowindow has applied a complete production line of aluminium doors and glass aluminium curtain walls from input materials, processing, painting, assembling steps to product completion and installation. Eurowindow not only provides general hi-quality aluminium doors and curtain walls but also designs detail cut surface system before installing suitable aluminium curtain walls for sophisticated architectural works. Thanks to its high-skilled workers trained domestically and abroad, Eurowindow always ensure the progress as well as quality of construction works.
