Eurowindow Holding investing in construction of Melinh PLAZA Thanh Hoa Trade Complex
On June 15, 2011, Melinh PLAZA Thanh Hoa Trade Complex Project of Eurowindow Holding Corporation was approved by People’s Committee of Thanh Hoa province for its location in Dong Hai commune, Thanh Hoa city. Currently, Eurowindow Holding is promptly completing construction investment documents, records of land use for the project.
The estimated area of land for Melinh PLAZA Thanh Hoa Trade Complex Project is about 6.7 ha. The limitations of project's land area are: adjacent to inner road to the North, adjacent to extended Le Loi Avenue to the South, adjacent to inner road to the East, adjacent to National Highway 1A to the West at the bypass of Thanh Hoa cCity.

The construction investment scale of the project includes: Commercial center operating in the form of 2-3 storey hypermarket; Low-rise commercial center consisting of the system of 3-4 storey stores and boutiques; Finance and banking business center, restaurants, high-storey stores; High-rise block for offices and residential houses. Total investment rate of the project is estimated at 1,351 billion dong.

The investment of project is in line with the policies of Thanh Hoa province in calling for large investors, being consistent with development-orientation of supermarkets, trade centers in the New Urban Zone of Thanh Hoa city Center, contributing to the development of the city in particular and Thanh Hoa province in general.

Thanh Hoa province is ranked fifth in area and third in population in the country. This is one of the few provinces having all three economic regions: the mountainous midland, delta area and coastal area, with rich natural resources and abundant labor resources.  Thanh Hoa City is the economic and political center of the province and is aimed to be one of the economic and financial centers in the South of the Northern and the North of the Central.

Eurowindow Holding Corporation has successfully implemented several projects such as Melinh PLAZA Trade Center (Hanoi), VICENTRA Trade Center (Vinh). Currently, the Corporation is implementing projects of Ha Dong Melinh PLAZA Trade Center (Hanoi) and INCENTRA Trade Center (Moscow, Russia). In addition, the Corporation also continues to survey and research to implement the Trade center projects in several provinces in the country. The goal of Eurowindow Holding is to build a system of trade centers in the localities and to combine with some traditional customers in the premises renting for the establishment of large and modern hypermarkets.
