Reinforced steel core, box-like Profile bars have enhanced load-bearing ability and thermal and sound insulation.

uPVC Profile bars are box-like, divided into many empty chambers for thermal and sound insulation. They are installed with reinforced steel for greater load-bearing ability of the doors/windows. uPVC is different from other plastics. It is hard Polyvinyl Chloride denatured with the following substances: Acrylic Polymers is more durable and hit resistant. Stabilizers is needed for heat and UV prevention, wax is added to make Profile bar surfaces more shining and beautiful. Eurowindow uses Profile bars imported from Kommerling of Germany’s HT Group. This world leading Profile bar manufacturer has been known for its operation for over 100 years. Eurowindow is now the exclusive provider of Kommerling Profile bars in Vietnam.

The chamber plays the role of thermal andsound insulation and drainage ditch.

Apart from the function of thermal andsound insulation, this chamber is also used for reinforced steel installation to enhance the door’s stiffness and load-bearing ability.

The profile with many grooves and channels enables to join with other profile bars, so it can fit well after installation.

Specialized rubber washers are also installed inside the chamber to ensure tight-fitting, thermal and sound insulation.

The grooves and channels are used for installation of hardware fittings to ensure the solidity and safety.

That gap is used to install specialized glass pads for fitting with different sizes of glasses and double glazing units.
