On the afternoon of 06/12/2017, the Eurowindow Board awarded 7 Best Showroom Manager / Head of Division to commend the efforts of individuals who have completed the sales plan for plastics door products in the third quarter of 2017 and create motivation for business in the next quarter.

Participating in the award ceremony was Ms. Le Thu Ha - Deputy General Director of Internal Control and Auditing, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan - Sales Manager, Ms. Vuong Bich Thu - Marketing & Communication Director, excellent individuals and business executives in Hanoi.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan said, "In 2002, Eurowindow started the business with the idea of bringing high quality uPVC doors with European standards into the Vietnamese market. In the early days of business, Eurowindow spent a lot of time and effort introducing the superior features of the product to the consumer. Over the past 15 years of construction and development, Eurowindow has become the leading solution provider for Vietnamese doors, with many high-end and modern lines of products such as aluminum doors, wooden doors, wooden aluminum doors.

Eurowindow uPVC doors have been added with many advantages such as using uPVC profiles made by Koemmerling company (Germany) with reinforced steel core, increased strength, combined with double gaskets and glass box are injected inert gas to ensure high tightness, sound insulation, good insulation, so many customers, big investors are always confident to use in the home as well as main projects".

In order to promote the sales department to focus on increasing sales figures, signing contracts for uPVC doors, the General Director has issued many policies encouraging, motivating and stimulating the spirit of uPVC such as increases K coefficient…Recently, the General Director also signed an additional bonus of 10 million dong/quarter for the showroom chiefs who completed their quarterly sales plan: quarter 3, quarter4/2017 and quarter 1/2018.

Basing on the actual business results of the units in the third quarter, the Board of Directors of Eurowindow Company has rewarded 7 heads of showrooms / department heads with excellent achievements, exceeding the total revenue plan includes:

1. Mr. Tran Nghia Thanh - Head of Ly Nam De Showroom, achieving revenue of Quarter 3/ 2017 with 7.791 billion, completing 203% of sales plan.

2. Mr. Pham Hong Tien - Head of Thanh Hoa Showroom, achieving revenue of Quarter 3/2017 with 3.316 billion, completed 180% of sales plan.

3. Mr. Nguyen Anh Tu - Head of Project Division, achieving revenue of Quarter 3/2017 with 2,708 billion, completing 230% of quarterly sales target

4. Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu - Head of Hai Phong Showroom, achieving revenue of Quarter 3/2017 with 1,803 billion, fulfilling 181% of plan revenue.

5. Mr. Nguyen Quang Phuong - Head of Agent Division, achieving revenue of Quarter 3/2017 with 3,050 billion, completing 124% of sales plan.

6. Mr. Pham Quoc Kien - Head of Project Sales, achieving revenue of Quarter 3/2017 with 2.980 trillion, completing 103% of sales plan.

7. Mr. Nguyen Van Tuyen - Head of Wood Project, achieving revenue of Quarter 3/2017 with 7.427 billion, completing 246% of sales plan.

Representing the Wood Project Division - The unit with the highest turnover ratio in the third quarter of 2017, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuyen shared his experience: "In addition to providing large contracted door for the Institute of Medicine, we have more than 2 billion home sales, using the door system Koemmerling. The most difficult is price competition, so we have to spend a lot of time and effort to advise in detail and persuade customers ".

Mr. Pham Hong Tien - Head of Thanh Hoa Showroom also has a very real sharing of actual work: "Every year sales of the showroom Thanh Hoa is normal, this year we have the breakthrough is due to signed many contracts of FLC. In order to achieve this kind of sales in the provincial market, the sales staffs had to make a lot of effort, find ways to promote the business in the first week of meetings and exchange their views in order to make the most effective. As recently, we have contracted to supply uPVC doors instead of aluminum doors used in some coastal villas based on the strength of the product, avoiding corrosion prone to scratches in marine environment".

The timley motivation and encouragement of the Board of Directors has added motivation to strive for all employees, heads of departments and showrooms. Previously, Eurowindow also had many activities to emulate and reward individuals and collectives to achieve high sales in the country with many valuable rewards such as motorbike, laptop, Iphone, Ipad and cash.
