Recently, Eurowindow Joint Stock Company in collaboration with Bac Kan Resident Vocational College for Ethnic Minority organized a career orientation consultant program for high school students after graduating from grade 12. This is activity with practical meaning to help students to inspire confidence in themselves, to set career goals in the future to strive for, train and open the opportunity to work in a big and professional environment.

Located at group 9 - Phung Chi Kien Ward - Bac Kan, Bac Kan Resident Vocational College for Ethnic Minority is the largest public vocational training school in the province, with the enrollment scale of over 1,000 people per year, professional training in 06 faculties: Mechanical, Electrical, Agro-Forestry study, Economics-Tourism and Informatics-Foreign languages.

At the consultation session, Mr. Be Ngoc Tuan - Vice Principle of the school said: "According to the development orientation of Bac Kan Resident Vocational College for Ethnic Minority, over the years, the quality of training is always placed beside the active investment in resources to improve facilities for vocational training; improve training method and syllabus. Up to now, the quality of vocational training has gradually been confirmed as more and more students enroll in the vocational training right from junior high school and high school.

Many enterprises have connected with the school to cooperate in training and recruiting labor. According to Mr. Tuan, career propaganda and orientation play a very important role in the process of building trust for learners. Therefore, through the joint advisory program with businesses in general and Eurowindow in particular, the school wishes to be a bridge, creating opportunities for high school students to meet, exchange and update information on skills and qualifications necessary to meet the requirements of work, directly involved in the production of modern products in Vietnam. In that spirit, the school also expects Eurowindow to create conditions, expand opportunities to recruit highly skilled human resources, contributing to improve the efficiency of production and business of enterprises.

All students and parents attending the ceremony have also been given recruitment information and contacts of Eurowindow for easy contact and application.

Previously, Eurowidow has also collaborated with Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Centre for Continuing Education and Vocational Training in Bac Giang, Ha Giang, Ba Vi, Son Tay (Hanoi), to arrange career orientation and recruitment activities, selecting trained workers to work in the company.
